This weekend I should be in Salt Lake for the Stampin' Up! On Stage Convention, but with all that is happening right now with Covid, it is On Line Virtual At Home. I was so excited as I received recognition for Annual Achievements, Plus earning the Maui Trip. Happy Halloween

 Here is a card I created using the Stitched Triangles.  I love how it turned out.  I got my inspiration from a fellow Demonstrator Amanda Mertz, who created an awesome Santa using the Stitched Triangles.  

Every time I look at it, I just can't help but smile.  I hope you do too.

Stampin' Up Dies:  Stitched Triangles 

Embossing Folder:  Cobwebs

Cardstock:  Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, Smokey Slate and Old Olive.

Punches: 3/8" circle (retired) Delightful Tag Topper (the circle)

Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Old Olive, Whisper White.

Blended Seasons

First of all I want to let you all know why I haven't posted anything over the summer. I've had many of you ask.  Well, I'm lucky as I get to see my two Grandchildren almost everyday during the school year, but it gets even better.  I get to spend each work day during the summer with them.  As you know Kids grow so fast and I want to enjoy every moment I get to be with them.  Taking them to swimming lessons, tennis, parks... whatever we decided to do that day.  They are my sunshine!!!

I did still have classes and create, but took off the summer from posting so now I have to catch up. So be ready for many fun ideas now that school has started.  I'm looking forward to sharing with all of you.

A Special Fun Fold Card

Hello,  Today I want to share with you a card I made for my Specialty Card Classes using the NEW Beautiful Designers Series Paper "Share What You Love."  It was designed with the intent to send to a fellow Demonstrator who is a great friend and is trying to cope with the loss of her daughter.  I wanted her to know I was thinking of her and hoping it puts a smile on her face.

 

Check out the flower that is stamped and fussy cut.  It matches the paper so perfectly.

As you can see, it has many layers.  It is time consuming to cut, layer and stamp, but so worth it.

The Designers Series Paper is so beautiful with the glimmer and shine on the flowers. So I incorporated the shine on the stamped flower that is fussy cut on the front by adding Wink of Stella to give it a shimmer too.  I think this card came together so beautifully.  

I am so sad to see the stamp set I used "Garden in Bloom"  retiring the end of May, as it matches the New DSP so perfectly .  That just shows how you can combine the old with the new.
