Designer Series Paper- Perfectly Artistic
Punches- Hearts Border, Large Oval, Scallop Oval
I "fussy cut" the plane added dimensionals to it to give it some pop. I also used dimensionals on the layered "BE MINE" and added a little heart from the Heart Border Punch.
