Balloon Celebration
I love this card, very simple and fast to make. This would be a perfect card for a special birthday.
This card we made at my Stampin' Up class. Just stamping and punching, no fussy cutting. The stamp set has a matching punch for the balloons which comes in a bundle deal for extra saving.
